either

So it's either the slow-release melatonin coupled with leaving Trevy cry for a little while...

OR

all those prayers for sleep going up on our behalves are being heard!

Cause last night Trevor only woke up once. At mid-night. And then proceeded to snooze from midnight until 7am!

Either way...we're all feeling quite refreshed! Which is nice...since I'm shortly heading out the door in route to school for Trevy...support group for mommy...

I've given up on a good night sleep!! We've tried Melatonin & now we're using Trazadone and the darn kid still gets up around 3am...without fail! We unfortunately can't do the cry it out b/c he's in a big boy bed and he knows how to open the door. (Delayed my butt...ha ha ha!!) I just can't bring myself to lock the door in case of a fire or something. Sooooo, atleast now we have him trained well enough to walk into our room and I just throw him into our bed, and we are back to snoozeville in less than 10 seconds!! hope that whatever is working for you keeps it up!!

Doin the happy sleep dance!
Wuhoo for all of you!

I wonder....just a thought...if you'll see less seizure activity after Trevy has a good night's sleep...wouldn't that be great?

So glad for you...sleep is a wonderful thing, a true blessing.

Good luck at school/support group today. Hope Trevy has fun & that you feel supported too.
