Bridget is doing a lot of experimenting with her kiddos using the iPad. I'm anxious to hear and see her results. I soooo want one of these too! Wonder how much it'll put us back in the long run?
I am planning on getting one for Emma when the time is right. Her speech therapist is starting her on an iPod touch app in the fall and if that works I will get her the iPad and Proloque to go.

$500, plus whatever applications you buy. There's no compelling reason to get the 3g or higher capacity ones.
I can neither confirm nor deny that Marissa's Godfather is working on something for Marissa and by extension all of our kids on the iPad.

I've been using various apps on my iphone with Henry, some animal ones (you touch the screen for the noise) are his fave.
