so cute I couldn't resist (a picture marathon)

Okay...so here's the deal. I was gonna caption each picture. But here's the thing...I kinda suck at captions. In fact...I hate captions! And I'm too stinkin' tired anyway. Plus Blogger is too big of a pain to format. Seriously...take a hint from FaceBook already. And besides. I only post the EEG pics cause Trevy rocks the outfit with those huge Lover Boy eyes! So my wonderful bloggy friends... I bid you...enjoy my (almost) wordless picture marathon! I'll post what we learned later. When my brain isn't so fuzzy. Ha! Good luck with that...right?! But how sweet is God...look what we found waiting for us at home! A bushel of beautiful tulips. In purple. Which to me represents Hope...

well so much for that

There will be no live blogging. Cause they can't hook our stinkin' laptop to the server! Grrrrrrrrrrr... On the other hand...the EEG head hook-up went fairly well. Took about 45 mins from start to arrival at our room. I swear Trevy should be a hospital model. He rocks the outfit! Can I just say...it's AWESOME not having that HUGE bed in the room! The pack n' play is perfect! I would totally recommend any parent with a little one bringing one of those puppies along. Makes it feel more homey. Less claustrophobic. Trev's already put on a good show. Three clusters in as many hours. Once in front of a Dr. Neuro-in-training. And Ms. Nurse. Both with whom we have a really good rapport. They have kind eyes. And just that sweet...we want to rescue this kid attitude. My heart doesn't stand a chance! Love them! We'll be starting Banzel tonight. 50mgs in the AM. 100mgs in the PM. Not sure when Vigabatrin'll kick the bucket. Soon I hope! I'm...

already exhausted

We have been dreading tomorrow for weeks now. I seriously cannot think of anything more exhausting than over-night in-patient EEGs. In fact...I'm SO zonked just from the thought of the next 48 hours that I've been sitting here staring at the screen. Drooling. Hardly able to will my fingers to type. I wonder how much time I'll waste before clicking publish? If I even make it that far? Ugh! So we'll pack our essentials tonight. Zipper-ed sweat shirts & jamies for Trevy. No over the head garments allowed when one's head is swaddled in cotton...and attatched to gobs of wires & electrodes. Some toys. Because it always takes FOREVER to get hooked up with the hospital's. A couple dvds that'll entertain him for precious mili-seconds. His meds. Cause Vigabatrin's hard to find in-stock! Which btw he's down to just half a tab. One more decrease and we're done for good! Oh...and this time we're bringing his bed. Trevy still sleeps...

toby's birthday bash (a picture marathon)

The first order of business... the birthday swats! Compliments of Pop-Pop! Trevy tried to chomp on Grams' pearls! Gotta love the cheesy grin after she noticed I was snappin' pics! And then came the opening of the presents...which almost killed Toby (according to him) having to wait until the Sunday after his real birthday to open! That's the face of very rich 8 year old boy! Lots of money to spend (on a mommy-date) thanks to contributions from Bibi, Babu, mommy & daddy! Hot Wheels from Grams... plus a new I'm a big kid now robe! Then pizza & the cake! Shortly after Toby'd successfully kicked Grams' & Pop Pop out the door...he & I headed to the mall. Where he bought a mini-basketball...spent some mulah at Chucky Cheese...and bought his all time fave... A Pokemon Game for his GameBoy. Which he's been glued to ever since! Next up on birthday row...the guy with the goofy grin!

purple day (a picture marathon)

We purpled it up today for Trevor and all the other brave seizure fighters around the world! How cool are these two? It's handy that purp has always been Bri-bee's fave color... but even Tobes was excited to root through his closet until he found something with a hint of purple ! His own idea...no mommy pressure involved! ::sniffle sniffle:: All for that guy up there... The one with the cheesy grin...who likes to spill milk (any liquid really) ALL over mommy's freshly mopped floors! That habit's getting really old... We wear purple for him... Our very own little seizure fighter hero! I know we... make it look easy... n' stuff.... but seriously... snapping a pic with Trevy... i is kinda like huggin' a greased pig! Not that I would know or anything... I'm not from NE you know! ::grin:: We even convinced Jonathan joined the purple party... Grab your magnifying glass... lean in reeeeeeal close... shut one eye tight... then blink ten times ra...
